How is this thing a dually? They are using a 2500 chassis not a 3500,the concept pic does not show it being a Dually.

They are calling it project "Super Dually", maybe they mean because its two different brands and not dual back wheels? IDK When I saw the teaser week before last when I first posted this I assumed it would be a dually since thats what they called it, but maybe not?

I wonder how much surgery it took to get that dash in there. I plan on doing a swap like ChaseTruck754's but I think I'll stick to a pretty stock look inside. A custom cluster would be sweet

On choosing the 12V didn't they mention it was for the minimal electrical they would have to swap over, having the mechanical injectors and all?

Lowering the Crew will just make it better for the drive, low center of gravity, also air will move over the truck instead of going under and killing gas mileage, yes it does make a difference. They'll hopefully keep it high enough to handle the road bumps and heavy loads

Huh? I believe Ed (75F350) was talking to me as that is the superduty dash in the red crew I was talking about earlier (see post #61 page 5).

They will be putting a dodge dash in the crew on the Trucks show - but the pics above is not the truck on that show...

That red crew in that picture does have a Dodge dash, and a Ford steering wheel.

Monty Lloyd I believe was the name. Well that's prolly the guy that owns it. Not sure what the place is called.

Auto Recyclers is where they got the Dodge from.

Yea, they need to get moving on it. I want to see how they mount the body and do the interior.

The episode was a while ago, but I was wondering what everyone thinks of the progress they made.

They did decide to leave the Ford dash and just make a custom inlay for the Dodge gauges. Personally I think thats a much better way to go than the Dodge dash.

I'm anxious for another episode.

I've emailed Trucks several times wanting to know the location of that junk yard but they have never replied. You would think even if he (Monty) doesn't want it known they'd at least tell me that.
