Talking Garrett GTP 38R's WE made the deal.

Just like the title says, me and Bigcat350 (Eddie) took the plunge and commited ourselfs to this great deal. We been in constant contact with Manny and he's been great throught the whole prosess and he asurred us the turbo's are in great condition, only been on his trucks since 500 miles, he bought them off a friend a while back. I think Eddie is doing the deal tonite and i'm waiting till Monday to finalize it. Manny, just want to say its been a pleasure talking to yaa and we wish you all the luck with your business and for an econonmic turnaround for all of us. Like I said from the start, we'd like to have you onboard our forums, your good people and thanks again for this great offer.. Thank you

Congrats on the purchase Mike and Eddie.

It figures, when a good deal comes along, I'm without the extra $$$ to spend.
Guess it's time to look for that second job.

As I said before Mike that was a great find. And it was great talking with a FTE member from way up North. Manny has been very informative and was sure a pleasure to work with on this deal.I sure hope he hangs on this site with us. He has a bad__s personal truck himself. I will not need to get tunes changed for this but after this and some new pipes I am hoping for some Live Tuning.
Also I am getting prices on the 1.15 housing this is a must before I put it on.

MIKE all I can say is.

Jim I just went from Swamp 176/146 singles to Swamps Hybrids. I will stay with the sticks for a while (I HOPE) but I do need the 1.15 housing for the turbo if any one has one laying around.

Congratulations to the both of you and extra to you Mike for finding the deal. Looks like you guys got a sweet deal and maybe FTE got a new member. You keep us all informed on how it goes and the changes it makes because me and I'm sure many others are jealous.

Thanks again for the kind words everybody. Also want to thank Jim and a couple other guys that voiced their concern as the "To good to be true" saying, we appreciate that and we took that into consideration and I even mentioned that to Manny in a nice way as not to offend and he said he understood and was not offended. Eddie, it was a pleasure talking to you and we got each others no# for future conversations.. Ronnie, I don't need any tweeking of the tunes as far as i'm aware of, i'll be interested to here from the guys that have this setup but I don't think so. We got to GTG...... Eddie...

Hey Mike, when you pull off the old turbo, send me a PM. I am looking to upgrade to the WW, and would like to rebuild a spare turbo so my truck won't be down while I do it right.

Thanks,

Nice guys, I wish I would have waited for a deal like that. I had just perchased my 38R a day or so before for 1711.46 shipped. patience is a virtue I guess. Congrats guys, I guess I will be looking for a deal on an intercooler next.
