I have put on a winch & bumper on my O5 6.0 EX wher can i find an extra leaf to put in the springs

Do you have leafs or coils? In 2005 the superduties went to coils and I suspect the excursion follow along. You don't have much option for adding a length to the coils, but there are spacers you can add to the package.

excursions maintained the 2004 setup leaf springs call a local spring shop they can do it or you can change to v code or x code springs for additional hieght

Just buy an add-a-leaf. It's probably cheaper.
