shocks - recommendations

I am going to get some new shocks for my 96 f250 4x4 and would like some recommendations. I think it might bounce a little too much and makes my wife feel sick when she rides in it. Thanks for any help.

I run Rancho 5000 myself. Many like the Bilstein. What are you running now? I probably sound like a broken record but if you are still on the factory springs replacing them improved the ride in the 97 quite a bit. Still stiff but not as jarring. Check all your bushings to see if your metal to metal. Just a thought.

I use NAPA premiums, they have lifetime garantee.

I am going to check out 4 wheel parts . com and see what the price is for 4 rancho shocks. Every thing performs better when it has big letters printed on the side of it.
