I'm wondering were you can buy the quick release tool for the hpop lines. Can you buy it at napa or were.

If I remember what I read correctly a wrench from a air cutoff tool will work. It may have been for the fuel pump lines that I'm thinking of though.

Yep, that's an easy way to do it, although Guzzle does say a slightly thicker wrench than this one does make it easier. Anyway, here's what Guzzle has used for the tool
