help

where are my spark plugs in a 97 ford expedition? its a 4.6 5.4

On top of the engine there are 8 coils with a 2-wire connector, these coils are on top of each spark plug. That's why you can't see them.

Which engine is it? The 4.6 or 5.4. I think on an 97 it makes a difference. If I remember correctly, the 4.6 has wires and the 5.4 has coils.

I figured it was a 5.4 since she couldn't find the plugs. Kind of hard to miss them on a 4.6 engine.
