lol thats ok I just do security there. which means if a terrorist decides to bomb an INS building or fed building im first target.

 

I wonder if this training will automatically qualify me for the concealed carry permit or if i will still have to take the class. I would hate to have to pay 200 for the class when DHS training is alot harder and I get paid for it.

 

if they train ya and you have the certification for it you probably wouldnt have to take the class... but not 100% on that... would be something ud have to ask your instructor there about...

 

I will talk to the guy that teaches the CWC course and ask him

Okay, I'm back. Afternoon Gary, and congrats on the job, man! You know, wouldn't you already get a federal weapons permit? I would think that that would cover you, but who knows. I do want to get my concealed permit, mainly so I can carry in the truck when we travel.

 

youll just have to watch what states your traveling through when ya do... mines good through pretty much all the ones i go through cept for maryland... but i only spend like 5 mins crossing through that state...

 

Yeah I want mine so If i have to go somewhere right after work i can lock the gun in my truck and not get in trouble.

Oh, congrats on the new job Gary! My sis works for DHS down in AZ... she does behind the scenes stuff at airports, surprise inspections on airlines, etc.

 

There is one here you can take that covers 13 states

 

Pretty sure the Cardinals lost. The steelers didnt win. Warner kicked the crap out of them
