E brake

Posted this on the brake page no responce maybe some one here can help my truck is 94 f250 4x4 IDI non turbo . How do you get the E brake peddle to let cable out of it I have never seen one like this is there a way to let it unwind ?

From what I was just told there is a clip you have to release on the auto adjuster.... under the dash, then the cable pops up and you remove it from the slot it sits in...... hope this helps.
