I looked at the certification label on the door of my 04 Explorer under the TR was the letter V which is not even listed in the owners manual as a possible trans. for that year. So im a little confused. I guess i hope it doesnt have a Ford tranny after reading this. lol any help would be appreciated thanks in advance.

I called the dealer today they said it is the 5R55S tranny any word on troubles with that one. It is listed under the electric ones.
