Yep. I think so.
A cat fell asleep under the hood of a car one time; close to the fan blade.
Owner started it up.
Unfortunately, all nine lives didn't help it.
Ever put your fingers a little too close to a moving fan blade of a vehicle?

nope. hand yes, but fingers no.
i stopped the fan on a mack truck when i slipped and stuck my hands out, and my left hand went rite into the fan. with the 350 hp engine running.
do you think i was happy that the clutch had just kicked off a few seconds before my hand went in??

Yup, I started up my car years ago and heard the scream of a cat and a streak of gray running toward my neighbors house. Cat was missing some hair and my fan belt was twisted. lol
Do you think it was still warm under there after about 12 hours?
