Have you checked out the front end or had it checked out in a shop? Worn ball joints or tie rod ends will leave you weaving all over the road in the wind. Two other good possibilities are worn shocks or worn bushing in the rear track bar.

It has had this problem since I bought it in the summer 07. I thought that it might be bad tires and worn out bushings. So I had new tires put on in the winter. They did a four wheel alignment and checked the front end. They said that everything was good on the front. I think that it is worn bushings on the sway bars. I was going to replace them this Sunday with poly's if the weather is good.
