Wheel Cleaning
After just a month my front wheels have turned from chrome to black. Granted I do a lot of stop and go and a lot of braking due to this, so it's to be expected. However cleaning them up I have found can prove quite difficult to get in the nooks and crannies. Today I had an ingenius idea when cleaning the wheels. I grabbed my toilet bowl brush! It cleaned up the wheels quite nicely and with minimal effort, in addition to Armor All Tire Cleaner. I've learned not to let the tire cleaner sit there for more than a minute... but it ate through the brake dust quite easily, and the brush allowed me to get a good clean all over the tire. Just thought I'd share something that made my life much easier.

Black is harder to care for than chrome.
The toilet brush can do more than wheels and toilets (although I would recommend having separates ones for each of those.) I use them to clean the engine too. A coat of wax also helps reduce crud buildup.

if they are aluminum.use never dull cleaner on them.works great.also i would suggest next time your due for some brakes,get the ceramic coated brakes.they reduce brake dust.then lke reax said,put a coat of wax on them and that will make it easier for the next time you have to do them
