My window goes down but it doesn't come up. It sounds like the motor is trying but it must be binding. For a brief period I could assist it by pulling on the glass, now that no longer works.

i've switched the type of grease i use on the power window mechanism and the door hinges.
the spray lithium in a can hardens after mixing with rain or from heat
Mercury Marine 2-4-C grease has anti water congealing additives and Teflon for low speed movement lube.
never hardens and stays in place
i use the small tubes in a small grip grease gun with needle applicator tip.
really makes that huge back hinge door close easily. quiets down the slider
Sounds like your riser arm is a bit stiff. You'll have to pull off the interior trim panel & get to all the mechanicals. The motors are surprisingly resilient to malfunction problems.
