2003 Expedition Electrical Problems

I posted this in the Expedition section, but thought I would post here to see if anyone could help: My 2003 Expedition's gauges and stereo started cutting out on me tonight. While I am driving the gauges just die and the radio turns off. It's totally random, it doesn't matter if I'm hitting bumps, etc. They always come back up, the first time I turned the truck off and restarted it and they came right back on, but died just a few minutes later. Any ideas??

You probably have battery problems, connections at the battery are dirty, or alternator problems. The newer vehicles seem to be more voltage sensitive.
