Heater Problems

The heat on my 1995 f150 (2x4, 300 six, single cab, xl trim) isnt working properly.

When you spin the **** for your temperture, it goes into the warm/hot setting, with a little bit of resistance. But blows no hot air.

Somone said it might be the blend door cause of the resistance, I took the glove box out, the heater core cover off, and felt inside, where the blend door is. It moves, but only a little. Im not sure how much it should be moving. Id say, from closed, it moves out an inch to two inches. The heater core is fine, it gets hot.

Anyone have any idea? Its still relativley warm here, but id rather have heat by the time the winter rolls around.

Thanks Alot,

Did you try to clean anything out that could be in the way of the bled door opening and closing properly?

My truck had very similiar problems, and I found some plastic pieces in the very bottom of the blend door, that kept it from opening or shutting all the way.
