May have to modify the oil filter mount on the 460. The bellhousing pattern is different so that will mean a different tranny if a auto, or a different bellhousing if a manual. Go to Online Auto Parts and Auto Accessories Store at PartsAmerica.com and look up a 86 with a 351w, and then a 86 with a 460 to determine if the radiator and other odds and ends are different.
