Driven Too Far

I have a 89 F-150 that I purchased brand new with 7 miles on it. I guess I have driven it too far. Now the armrest is warn completely out where my elbow has set every day for the past 19 years. It is a bench seat with the armrest that tucks away inside the back. Does anyone know the "proper name" for this seat and if there are any good-fitting seat covers on the market? Thanks.

You can try Cabellas for some seat covers

I think NPD of LMC has something like that. Ebay or JCW may have something.

me personally, i would take the seat and have it recovered by an upholstery shop, it would be a little more expensive, but they will check for any broke springs, add some new padding and put new material (cloth, vinyl, or leather) your preferance....i think that would be best bang for your buck, most aftermarket seat covers don't allow the armrest to come down
