Ford Modification Sticker

There Is An Official Ford Motor Company Sticker In The Engine Compartment Of My 1997 Ford Explorer V8 Awd. It States The Following Modification Was Accomplished "f6pf-12650 Era Ff Date 1-30-1" Anyone Have Any Idea Of What This Is, Or Where To Find Out? Thanks!

I believe that indicates a safety campaign item has been completed.
