Wheel Bolt Pattern ???

Wheel Bolt Pattern ???
I am looking to buy a set of aftermarket 20" wheels from a guy that has them on his 2004 250. do you know if they will fit on a 2000 F-250. As far as I know the bolt pattern is the same but is there anything else I need to look at?

It should not work, the wheel offset is different. I dont recall the exact term, but the center off the wheel is closer to the outside of the tire, so there is more tire toward the inside, this would cause you to rub on your leafs, hardcore if you are not already.

If the 20" wheels are OEM then:
1) the bolt pattern is the same, and
2) the offset is different/deeper so you will have rubbing issues, and
3) you can buy spacers to help out the backspacing, but they introduce their own issues
If the 20" wheels are aftermarket, then ask for the original receipt so that you know 100% exactly what you're buying. Wheel backspacing/offset on aftermarket wheels can vary even on the same width rim. If the 20" rims are wider than OEM rims then your backspacing/offset will most likely (but not guaranteed) be different than the factory 20" rim's specs
So.... are we talking OEM rims or aftermarket? The more details you provide, the better we can help out.
EDIT: DUH! You said aftermarket in the first post. To answer this you're going to need a very stiff straight edge (or similar) and an accurate measuring tool to check the backspacing on the wheel. Then it's math time.... oooooooh to have Gene in on this....

The 03-04 have the same front suspension as the 99-03s. 05 Is when they went to coils, and got a wider axle. Those wheels should look exactly the same on your truck, as they did on his truck. BTW the bolt pattern is 8 on 170mm.
EDIT: And, in 05 you could still get an EX, but it did not come with the coils and larger axle. The 05 Ex's came with the 99-04 front axle, and suspension. My uncle has one, I have verified it. And that was their last year.
