System not charging!!!
I have a '53 F100 with a 351C engine. I completed a EZ wiring but the system is not charging!! I had the alternator checked, bought a new regulator, new wires double checked the wiring, but the system doesn't charge.
The voltage across the battery terminals is 12.3 volts. After starting, the voltage drops to 12V.
Does anyone have any thoughts??

I am going to assume you have the old style Ford alternator with the external regulator. Here's how it should be wired. The "choke" wire is optional, so you may have nothing connected to the "s" terminal of the alternator.
First thing to do is check out the wiring to match the above diagram, and if it does, then get a meter and do some testing.
With the truck off, take the meter and put one lead on the neg of the battery, and put the other lead on the "bat" terminal on the back of the alternator. You should read battery voltage.
With the neg of the meter still on the neg of the battery, put the pos lead of the meter on the "s" terminal of the regulator. Turn the ignition switch to run. You should have voltage on the "s" terminal.
Get the engine running, and with the neg of the meter on the neg of the battery, probe the "F" terminal of the alternator(be careful of moving pulleys and belts). You should have some sort of voltage on the "F" terminal.
