Its the changes that cost you money (vehicles are really terrible now - especially trucks!). However, if you buy what you want/need and keep it full term, the resale at the end will come down to condition and the owners who keep their stuff nice will get a premium.

Thats what i love about my land too, its worth a ton since when we bought it. Not planning on moving anytime soon though so it doesnt really matter haha.
Besides sherm, your not planning on getting rid of your quad areya? It doesnt hurt to have a few toys kicking around, even if ya dont use it all the time!

Not to take away from toy discussion as I really enjoy it but.....Ford Fusion = . This thing got us from Yorkton to Winnipeg on 1/2 tank of gas (little over $40). It's the SEL with the V6 and loaded with gear. I'm more impressed with this car every time I drive it. It is so solid in the chassis and handles beautifully. Good job Ford!

Real good power from the V6. 221 hp and very "peppy". We were averaging 8.2 litres/100 km on the way down so a little better than 30 mpg. The room is pretty good especially with smaller kids. Once they get a little bigger I will be looking at a new Taurus or even better, the new Lincoln MKS that is coming out!
