Hey just wornding if i can install a msd 6AL on my f150 05 5.4lt,, if so how?

I don't believe so...
The MSD 6AL is designed to fire one coil not the eight COP system that 5.4 is equipped with... not to say it couldn't be done maybe batch firing all or half at once but that would require more trouble than it would be worth.
I would think by simply upgrading the coils the Accel, Granatelli, MSD or any others would give similar results without the hassle...

Just my .02...
