Dave. I was just joshing about the CA trip. If the truck deal pans out, I would most likely opt to get it shipped here. Which leads me to a question....Does anyone know any quality shippers who can handle something like this? I hope your dog heals up.

Steak...It's what's for dinner. My mother in-law has been getting 35lb cuts of meat from a butcher for cheap. I cut some into nice steaks and its time to see how they cook up.

If I do, I'll see if mother in-law can hook me up with another 35 lb slab and bring it. The steaks cooked up good. Just now waiting for the corn and other items to finish.
