Power Window Problem

I'm new to the ford diesel world and I'm having problems early in the morning when I go to start my truck. After I start it and try to roll down the power windows they don't work, nor does my radio... After I drive down the street they decide to come on. They come on in the same place as I drive down the street. Any suggestions? The only thing I have done to it is put a Edge Programmer and a new radio in it.

Sounds like a problem with either the GEM or the delayed accessory relay.

Thanks for the reply. It is 06 f250 psd, and I do have the edge programmer with attitude installed in the truck also.
