idle problems

hello everyone. I just got a 99 f250 super duty with 125000 miles and am having some issues geting it to idle down wen coming to a stop. it idles aroung 1500 to 1700 unless in park or nutrel. i have already changed the brake booster and idle air controle valve as well as the vacume hose. so im stumped. dose anyone have any ideas????

Also have you hookedup a code reader at all? Sometimes its a physical thing holding up something not causing a MIL and then theres the small thing that causes the MIL.

no i have not checkd the tpi yeat but the truck dosent throw any codes even wen i un plug the mas sensor
