keyless entry
Does anyone know how to tell if my 02 f250 has keyless entry i bought 2 remotes from e-bay and the directions were simple enough the power locks didn't cycle like they said they would.is there another way or could be that my truck just dosen't have that option I figured that it came from the factory with that option.

Does your truck have the push buttoms on the door? If not, you do NOT have keyless entry. If it DOES, it's POSSIBLE that you may have to take your vehicle back to Ford to re-program it to ACCEPT the remotes.

sorry little confused on the push buttons are you talking about outside under the handle or inside it does have power locks and windows no keypad entry outside I just figured that in 02 with pwr locks it would have that option

You know you can have remote entry added to the truck as an aftermarket option. I did mine that way when the dealer had a mental lapse and left it off my order. It wasn't a bunch of money and they still work with no problems.
