tow plug problem

tow plug problem
My 97 expy has the factory tow plug and the turn signals and brake lights are not getting any power at the plug. The running lights are getting power.
I have checked every fuse in the engine space and under the dash and can not find any that are blown.
Anyone have any ideas?
