and actually nick, i dont think you would explode... i dont know what fishy has for tires... but unless he has nicely warmed slicks, i think he will lose traction before you do and once that happens game over...

 

Eh maybe, but it would still be fun the watch. More than any thing with a difference of +-500lbs it'll come down to driver error, the first one to screw up loses.

 

yea weight would be closed, but with that much weight on that much of a contact patch... with the breaks locked... i dont see any movement happening.

 

Yeah, especially since Fishy has no weight over the rear axle. Now throw a couple hundred lbs of sand in the back, and I think Nick would move.

I just couldn't see Nick's tranny and I6 doing much regardless of hieght and 100:1....

after he's finished with everything, all beats are off.... if nothing breaks.... I don't know, if the trucks are remotly close, then it's all about driver skill, any way arguement about hypothetical pull is over for me.

Fish is on 37x12.5" SSRs. On pavement those will break traction quick, big lugs=less surface area when on pavement.And any throttle in 4LO and nicks spazda tranny = BOOM

 

Not saying it's dumb, but arguing isn't going to get it done (but I'd like to see it).

naw ****, with Nicks weight i dont stand a chance in a pull! i have no weight over the rear axle even with the my 4x4 engaged! my 37's are grippy but not enough to overtake that beast!

my PSD hauls my bronco great and thats what i bought it for... if i built a tug-o-war truck, no one here would be able to touch me. not even the big bad nick

yep yep yep. That will be my last day or days off i get for several months... our busy season is sept 1 through january... So im goin and im bringing back that bronco too!!!!

 

yes if i were to build a tug o war rig... well thats another story... just another build i wanna do... but im not fort knox here so im prioritzing and i like playin in mud more than i like pullin sleds around...
