Your drive gear in the transfer case may be damaging your new driven gear. If your truck still runs a cable, it might be dry and causing too much drag which is what takes out the plastic gears.
well i checking the inside one with fingere as i turned the drive shaft it felt fine and i looked inside the hole also looked good just dont know why it keeps messing up because i have changed it twice already on third time i have also been changing the sensor to
