Pinion seal replacement

I just had my rear driveshaft rebuilt and noticed some oil coming from the pinion seal, I decided since the shaft was out Ill just replace the seal. Ive done this many times on my 74 f100 and thought it was the same, so I removed the nut then the flange, got the seal off, put the new one back on then as I was putting the flange back on I noticed alot of movement, so I tightened the puppy down with my impact. Its nice and firm now, got that done at about 10 pm last night. Have not driven the Bronco. I come to the forum just to check what the torque spec. is on the pinion nut and find out I might have crushed the bearing spacer. I think my compressor only goes up to 200psi do you think I have to replace the pinion bearings or just the spacer. and does that spacer come out the front or do I hace to remove the rear cover?
