I lost my paint gun, it was a binks no. 69. It sucked for painting but I liked it because it was a 69.
Knifes, I can't keep one more than a year, I would love to buy a real good knife, but it would end up with the gremlins. It's the 10 buck chepos for me.

I lost a Suunto X-Lander watch working on the Explorer some years ago. I had to have left it in the engine bay while working and it ended up falling out down the road. Walked an 8 mile stretch of road on both sides and never saw it.
I've lost 4 pairs of Oakleys in 2 different lakes and in the Gulf of Mexico. Worst was in the Gulf - rolled a jet ski and when I came up, there was a fin sticking up out of the water about 15 feet away. My friend said he never saw me come out of the water - one minute I was in the water, next I was back up on the ski. Ended up being a dolphin...
