I used a set of long tube L&L headers from Jeff's Bronco Graveyard. They work great, plus the header flange is 1/2" thick and the collecter flange is 3/8" thick! So warping and leaking is not something you have to worry about. They're not cheap, but based on my personal experience, they're absolutely worth it. Good Luck!

I've played the header game, I've used headman, cyclone, and some cheap ones from JC whitney. each set had there issues, from having to bend the dip stick tube, to heating & bending once mounted. I even played the game of using one from one make and one from another, as one would fit nicely but the other side was a nightmare. The only set I've seen go on with out any issues right out of the box was a set of hooker headers, that was on a friends truck. BUT he paid well over 400.00 for them. On my 96 bronco I've elected to go with a set of shorty's off a lighting. I guess I'm gettin old to go thru the headaches of dealing with clearence problems. I guess what I'm sayin is, ya get what you pay for. cheep is good but you deal with fit issues, and some aren't truly tuned well. And then there's wall thickness, cheep ones tend to rot out quicker, and when you go to buy another set, they dont make that style any more, so your back to square one, & makin a new exhaust system all over again. my 2 cents.
