I wonder why I can no longer post attachments?

I cant ge tmine to work if I use the tools on the advanced bar, but if I put it directly in the box with a code like from photobucket it works.

Thanks for the reply's, yes that is me in the picture. I'm the good lookin' one. I used to be able to go to "manage Attachments" in the "go advance" area and post pics, etc. Now it says I can no longer post attachments. Wondering why.
