Good afternoon everyone.... geesh I thought that winter was done. Had about 5" of 'heart attack' snow on the ground.

we've got it here too Neil....i'm letting it sit. the rain is coming and Ma-nature can get rid of it this time. the last time i went out i spent 4 hrs(6-10am) moving the crap and by 3pm it was 55* out. where i didn't touch snow was cleaner than what i used my snowblower on.
i'd told BigKen i was waiting for him at 5am that day...but you know those NE dudes....

Carl, I am doing the same thing. The only snow that I shoveled this morning was on my deck so that we are not dragging in all that snow into the house. It should all be melted by Monday at the latest.

Then it will be back into mud season............ GRRRRRR !!!!!

Oh don't worry about us.... we can get snow up till the middle of April (which does not happen very often) Just last year in the first part of April, I had to have the front roof of my house reshingled after the idiots that put the roof on when I built the house 7 years ago did not use enough ice and water sheild. Guess what >>>>> I had pails all over our bedroom trying to catch the drips before it wrecked everything. Ended up having just about $6k in damage.

Anyways back on track, we had some snow at night when the roof was being re done, but there were no problems. The guys that re did the roof had the old shingles torn off, all new ice and water sheild and felt paper installed in one day. The next day, all shingles installed along with drip edge and vents. Not too bad for 14 square of shingles on a 10/12 pitched roof.

Thanks for the heads up.... Ken was going through withdrawal from not being called a 'commie'. LOL.

Just in case, the hounds are ready if they are needed. Have a good one.
