Has it been to the dealership recently? Maybe they reflashed it without your knowledge?

Mine was there until they performed the inductive heating flash! Are you running a tuner?

Yes it was at the dealer to get a new EGR valve. I would have sworn that the buss was there after I got the truck back. It all started one afternoon as I reach in and turned key on to start glow plug. I the popped hood to check oil. There was this popping sound as I remember it, kinda like elect switches kicking on and off. I tried to start truck and all it would do is turn over. Then it fired off and smoke was ever where. I have since driven a hundred or so miles with no bad results, other than no buss at shut down. Again I swear the buss was there when I got it back from dealer.
