Whats Wrong

Ok, today at lunch I am sitting in the parking lot of my favorite Fast food spot listening to the radio eating my lunch when I notice the idol on the truck starts going up and down. I have had the truck for 3 years and it has never done this before. The tempature outside was about 20 degree's F but the truck was warmed up.

Can anyone give me a clue to whats wrong if anything

Even though the truck was "warm" the air was not. the EBPV activated and the PCM was making sure that the truck stayed warm.

Yep, the intake air and the cooling from the fan must have been enough during the idling to make the engine temp cool enough to the point where the EBPV came on and the idle came up.
