Question?

Electronic engine control power relay. This relay has power on YEL/BLK wire coming from ecu 12V. Has power coming from main fuse, also Yel/BLK wire. Has power from IGN switch a RED/LT GRN wire thourgh relay to BLK/LT GRN that goes to ground. BUT RELAY DOSNT CLICK OVER WHAT THE HELL???????????????

What model year? Have you tried swapping another relay from another system to that location?
