dash problem

i have a 1987 f 250,. there is a strip on the passenger side that is padded not hard, and it had cracked. Is there any way to remove just the soft strip, or do i have to replace the hole dash

uhhh.....I know there's a way to remove it cause you can buy the piece seperately......might be a few bolts or screws on the backside.....Luck

Like 6 screws/nuts to be accessed through th glove box are an May need to remove Radio and or heat controls . Boy its been awhile .
