Repaint?

Just a do-it-yourself rust bucket slant six Dodge. Spent half the summer welding in patches. I had my brother-in-law paint it. It was going to be my winter truck but ended up being my daily driver till it would no longer start if it would rain.
Are you planning on doing the work yourself at your home/shop/garage? Is the paint just shot on yours? You probably know guys that can give you a deal if you want to go that way.
