Are you sure I can't fit 35's with a leveling kit? http://www.clubfte.com/users/monsta/AftermarketFAQ4.htm
And with 35's would I have to re-gear with the extra power?

I think I have the taller factory back blocks, so I would want a bigger leveling kit.....right?

Did I mention I am going to install this myself?

I just measured the rear block, between the leaf and the axle, it is all of 3.5". And there is 3.5" difference between the front and rear space inside the fender (top of the tire to the top of the fender opening.

So what leveling kit gives and honest 3 to 3.5" of front lift?

Every truck is different. It depends on what leveling kit you use, what condition your current springs are in, what spring rate are your current springs, what 35-inch tire are you go with (not all 35-inch tires measure a true 35-inches), how wide of a tire are you going with, how wide of a wheel are you going to use, and do you full stuff your tire into the wheel wells under full suspension compression (normally in off road situations).

What is your current ratio? If it is the 3.73 like I have I would re-gear to at least 4.88 with 35-inch tires to get your power and torque back to stock levels. Especially considering you tow a lot.

You have an F-350 so yes you do have the taller factory blocks.

The Fabtech 3.5 hanger lift kit gave me a true 3.5 inches of lift.

Fabtech's hanger kit has both the front hangers and the rear shackles to drop down your front springs. With that kit I would recommend getting a drop pitman arm, drop trackbar bracket, and an adjustable trackbar. Some people were able to install the kit without those, but I had a lot of wandering without them.
