TB we have discussed this many times. I understand from others that the summer months are slow anyway. You really need to get 2 or 3 members to join you in emailing or sending PM's out to your roster to try to generate some responses.

Maybe if you offer free beer and hot dogs they will show up for a meet.

AND you have to give at least a month's notice when planning a meet. The week before an event is not enough time. My chapter members busted my chops for this mistake. Believe me it will never happen again. lol

You might want to post up in the Chapter Leaders Forum also.

Dustin - it takes time. My first G2G there were only two of us. You have to try different things as not all members are interested in the same thing. There was a thread on this in the Chapter Leaders forum and you will see a wide range of results both positive and negative of things CL's tried.

All I can say is keep trying different things and don't take it personally when things don't work out. Eventually something will click.

Dustin - I know what you mean as this summer the activity has dropped way off on the forum for me too. Part of that is my fault as I have had a lot of personal things going on and I have not been online a lot. Part of my agreement with FTE and the NY members in being the CL was my family comes first. Both of my parents have been ill and I need to spend time with them so that is what I do. Best of luck to you!!
