E4OD problems
Noob here to the site. I picked up a 96 250 7.3 4x4, the problem it has is. The OD light flashing, code 1728 TC Clutch slippage, and it only has 2nd gear and OD. I have looked at all 34 pages of search info for E4OD problems and didn't see anyone with the same problems I have. I saw people say it could be the VSS, TPS, MLPS, or even the FPLS, but didn't see info on testing these sensors. Is this problem an electrical or mechanical or even both and I need to take it somewhere to figure it out? HELP.
