4.2 computer stuff

Does anybody know if there are computer tuners/chips etc. for the 4.2 v6?
I would like to improve gas mileage (rather than driving slower- if possible) and get a bit of performance to boot. Any suggestions- I plan to do a cat back exhaust too.

I'm not to familiar with chips for the gas world, particularly for the v6 engines, but from what I do know, you don't really get the nice bump up the hp scale with them, 10-20 hp at best. Chips, tuners etc. really don't get you a bump up the mpg either no matter what the engine is, I think there is an anecdotal connection between the two, but not much more, because there are too many variables attached to mpg to be able to definitively say it was helped by the chip/tuner. If you want better bang for your buck, you'll have to do more expensive upgrades(forced induction or injection), this is just my opinion though, but they gas tuners by themselves still cost about the same as diesel's but they don't yield anywhere near the same results and given that the evidence between mpg improvement and tuners is anecdotal at best, just by themselves I don't think their worth it. Your actual best bet would be to drive slower then just to do the tuner alone if you want a chance at good mpg, you might get even bitter if you drive slower and install the tuner(but what fun is that?).
