Rollerizing possibilities ???
Hello Folks ! Just wondered if some one could tell me if I need to do mods (besides computer re-write) to use a roller cam/lifters and valve-train on the efi 7.5 liter in my 94' F 350, I have used roller everything on an older style, carbed 460 with no issues, but that was a mid 70's block w/ dove heads. I've heard that these newer ones differ in some ways, so any insight would be greatly appreciated.......Thanks Folks !

What transmission are you running? If it's an E4OD you need to look for a mass-air truck with the factory E4OD since the ECU and TCU are one unit. If it's a manual transmission, a EEC-IV Mustang computer like the A9L is easiest since there's so much support and documentation from the Mustang community. You could also use an ECU based on tuning support disregarding the transmission and then use a Baumannator TCU standalone control unit for the E4OD if you prefer that route.

The PCM harness needs to be modded for the injectors as well as be re pinned. The air intake needs to be modded to include a mass air meter. As mentioned, if you have an E4OD, the computer must be from a pre '95 f-series or bronco, with a 5.0 or 5.8. A tune will go a long way also to match your build. Have you already built the motor?
