I am going to the States for a month and my truck will be sitting. Is it better to leave the fuel tanks full or empty? any other suggestions?

I would suggest leaving fuel tanks full to avoid condensation. For a month I might give some thought to removing battery grounds if I thought there might be a drain on them. Other than that, I've never needed to do much special. Just don't lock the dog or cat inside. Keep the shiny isde up.
