Box Length?
My 78 F-150 Supercab currently has a flatbed on it, but I am looking to get a box for it. The guy I bought the truck from said he thought it was a short box, but by looking at it now I'm not so sure. I'm not that knowledgeable on these box issues, so I'm hoping someone might have the answer.
Is a longbox longer than an 8 footer, or is that considered the longbox?
According to my vin plate my truck has a 155" wheelbase. Am I right that it needs an 8 foot box, or is it actually a shortbox?
