Does cleaning your EBPS really increase fuel mileage and also what is the easiest way to access it

I wouldn't say it increases mileage, But if you are experiencing a mileage drop because the EBPV is staying closed when under load (only in cold temps <45*F) then a cleaning can fix the problem and mileage can return.

Alan is right. It is easy to clean and i did with 65000 miles and it was very dirty. I will be cleaning it every 30000 miles or so since it doesn't take long.
