I have a 2003 f250 that I recently purchased and would like to have the lighted mirrors added do you think I could switch out with another truck or should I go with the dealers idea of adding them on which they said can be done for $400.

Yes they bolt right on. I would go with your dealer...make sure that is for both. That is a good deal...I think that is per side. You can get a new set of those mirrors for around 550 from www.powerstrokeshop.com You will most likely have to wire in the lights, turnsignals, and heat to the truck. It isn't too hard though I added them to my 2001.
