the addaleaf will stiffin the rid a little. i just ordered a 2.5'' rough country lift less shocks for $304 shipped to my door. Donahoe racing sells a 2'' leaf pack lift. there are a ton of lifts out there and they all will clear 35s. just have to find one that will fit the bill. check out truck toys, one of out sponcers, they have a bunch of lifts and a bunch of pick on their website to help you decide. hope this helps.

I am almost ready to get in the market for a leveling spring kit as well. I have a Rough Country leveling spring kit, and it is in "Rough" shape. 3/4 of the eye bushings have "oozed" out, and upon light breaking, i can hear a firm pop noise, from the spring torquing up and the loose bushing smacking the eye. My truck also leans badly towards the left, a phagged left spring as well. The shocks (front) included were junk, and i went to Bilsteins. However i like the ride, i dont know if i should go with them again or put the stock springs and a DR mini pack in..don't know about the ride there though.. I will be watching this as well, like always i had to give my three cents.

FYI...This same exact question is being chased in the Super Duty forum right now.

I have a question about this, too. I think I've seen someone suggest taht there are no "leveling klits" for 2WD's. Is this correct?

Kris, is there a waranty on those front springs? havent you had those springs on your truck for a year or so???? i would call rough country and complain. there is no reason for springs to sag that new!! just my opinion.

Pete, someone has to make a leveling kit for 2wd, i think fabtech does.

I dont know, i really dont want to go back to them to tell you the truth. If they will replace them plus a little surcharge that is a different story. I will look into them, and find the eBay auction that i bought them through.

EDIT- Bought the springs on Jul-26-05, so its been 19 months or so.

I have a Tuff Country add a leaf and 35's and no problems so far. At just over 100 bucks was what fit my budget at the time. Ride is good, actually handles better than stock. Check my gallery for pics.

I am in the same boat, but I have been told from folks locally that know more than me, the Revtek are Great. Spendy, but I like the fact I am replaceing my sagging front springs. one truck they did raised it up 4in. so needless to say he was sagging pretty good. that is what I plan on doing, but wont have a report yet. a buddies truck rides good and he runs 315's for those who what that big of tire. happy shopping and there goes the Tax return

Thanks, Sean. I'm not quite ready for that expense yet, but I'm still building my long term wish list, and getting the truck to sit level is sure there.

I wish mine was a half inch. Mine is over an inch, and its very obvious, even from the rear. Like a guy told me here a while ago-- "Move the fat chick to the other side"

I think mine is caused by the rear somehow? I took the truck in november to a local spring shop and had them level the front and add about a 1/2 inch to compensate for the sag it was going to get in the first month. I told them it was leaning to the left, at the time it was leaning about an inch and a half, so they fixed it and it was level. Now its starting to do the same thing. Bushings on the spring look good.

If any one with a 7.3 still has buper to bumper warranty(yeah right ) there was a TSB out about the lean.

to the orignal poster, I got the 2 1/2" kit from Summit Racing and added the 4" FOMOCO blocks in the rear and had no problems. total cost for for level kit and rear blocks was less than $300. I ended up removing both b/c of the amount of towing I was doing at the time and sold them to a buddy. he is still running them and has not had any problems.

Why would a leveling kit and Blocks affect your towing?? I assume the stock were 3" not 4.
just inquirering
