I am beginning to wonder whats up ! my truck was shipped but was just told it is being stored for 2-3 weeks abd not being delivered. What issues with the injectors does anyone know about ? I am wondering if that is why its being held up. My dealer said something about engineers looking at the engine > make one wonder

couldn't agree more. a company's employees used to be considered an asset and worth investing in and taking care of

Yeah i wish. I'd park my 7.3 in a heartbeat for the yellow engine. maybe i'm a little partial since I work for CAT. I have driven plenty of 450-750's with CAT 3126's and C-7's. It's great.

Once they start production, if they haven't already, on chassie cab 450's they will be available with the V10. - at least 450 & 550's did in previous model years.

sorry, i've worked on so many trucks, they all run together in my mind. thought one of them was a 550 once, real fancy crew cab custom rig, but i'm not 100% sure so i wont argue, must have all been 650 and 750. mostly roll back tow trucks.

Umm, they darkside refers to PSD guys. Mel Agnem started that years ago, while we watched our IDI numbers dwindle to converts to PSD's. Check out the basement(IDI forum) over at TDS, you'll see a lot of swonking going on, as guys step up to PSD's.

I love my IDI's, but believe it's allmost time to step up. Prolly bite the bullet this summer. I just can't say what's going to happen when the first big scratch from a concrete encrusted wheel barrow happens. I'll prolly go ballistic, and then let things go from there.

How many of you guys have/had one of these?

The 6.0 is the VT365.
The International version of the 6.4 is called the "MaxxForce 7"

It should have been a T391. The 'V' is for the vairable vane type turbo which they did away with, I think.
